Our Mission
Timmy graduated from Clarkstown South High School in 2012. Timmy attended East Stroudsburg University and Rockland Community College. He worked for the IBEW Local 363 as an apprentice electrician. Timmy enjoyed all sports and weight lifting. Timmy pitched two no hitters as a 12 year old in New City Little League. Timmy loved football the most, Timmy started playing football in Pop Warner for the New City Rams. He played for Felix Festa and Clarkstown South. In his senior year, Tim was selected to All League and All County.
The Timmy J Heim Memorial Scholarship Foundation was formed in 2014 to award scholarships in Timmy's name for seniors who graduate from Clarkstown. The Foundation awards the following scholarships. 1. Graduating Senior who played football for Clarkstown South 2. Graduating Senior who played football for New City Rams Pop Warner 3. Graduating Senior who cheerleader for New City Rams Pop Warner 4. Graduating Senior who attended Laurel Plains Elementary Each year the Foundations Golf Committee holds a Golf Outing to support the annual Scholarships. The Golf committee appreciates your support whether its a round of golf, taking a sponsorship and/or joining us for our dinner where we award our annual scholarships.
